We're big Harry Potter fans in our house. So naturally we were saddened by the news of Alan Rickman's death. He brought to life Snape's character. That's why we did a small tribute to one of Alan's most recognizable characters. Here is, "The Young Potions Master." Rest in peace, Alan. Taken this morning just before naps. We took the whole day as a family snow day. It sounds as though we're going to make that a tradition: first snow of the season means a full family day. The kids are going to love that in the future. Imagine that, a school day that you'd otherwise have to attend which you instead go snowmobiling with the family because it's tradition. As a side note, I sort of wish I could be attending #imagingusa ;
